This build start with box, This is an Audiosport Universal box the logos are layered into the gel coat process of the GRP box, not painted on after, making the finish super smooth

Next the custom Amp rack was made to house the BBG amp, GRP covered, smoothed ,painted black the cover in logos |

| Fiesta shelf made using universal 6x9 panel with MDF backing | |||

This shelf was made quite quickly using the universal 6x9 panel, Step1- A MDF base in the shape of the original shelf is made. Step2- the universal panel is trimmed around the MDF base and bonded to it. Step3- a little bit of body filler is used to feather the universal panel to the MDF base. Step4- cut 6x9 hole, primer and paint. Job done custom shelf . Universal panel

This bumper box to make life easy- as follows
Step1- cut out hole in bumper. just a little small than the box its self
Step2- place the box in place and bond using Sikaflex, Tigerseal, Gripfill or similar
Step3- a small skim of body filler to make nice
Step4- primer and paint.
Job done custom bumper
